We opened Boulevard Drobnera Residence on 1 February 2025 in a new building at ul. Drobnera 7 - fifty metres from the bank of the Oder, next to the footbridge leading to the Oder Islands. Under one roof we combine premium apartments, the PONTI restaurant, a Wellness & SPA zone and a gym.
Quality without compromise - from the mattresses to the coffee at breakfast. Hospitality that is not a procedure but a reflex. And calm: we design every detail so that the city stays outside the door exactly when you want it to.
Everything you would otherwise have to go elsewhere for is under one roof. On the ground floor is the Italian restaurant PONTI with pasta made on site, next to it a Wellness zone with two jacuzzis and a Finnish sauna, and the gym is open daily from 6:00 to 23:00. After dinner there is no taxi to call, and after the sauna you simply take the lift up to your apartment. Add an address where the Oder riverside promenade is fifty metres away and the Market Square eight minutes by tram - and apartments with a kitchenette, just as suited to a weekend for two as to a month of work in another city.
